Salk In The City Family Day 2015 on Sunday, March 15 from 2pm to 5pm.

As the second in the series of Salk In The City fundraising activities we have this year, the Family Day 2015 is an event that celebrates science and family. Although this event is complimentary to all Salk families, we hope you will consider making a donation to the SALK General Fund when you pre-register online for the event.

All contributions will directly benefit the students, are tax deductible and eligible for a corporate match. Salk is committed to academic excellence with a focus on science. Our community of learners is comprised of students that are socially, economically and ethnically diverse. We are rich with enthusiasm and dedication from our principal, teachers, parents and students. Unfortunately, enthusiasm and dedication are not enough to purchase the items needed to benefit our students. Many city schools have been affected by budget cuts, and the Salk School is no exception. As a science focused school, we are striving to offer our students and teachers the latest in technology to support their curriculum.
